We accept
Payment is taken from your card at the time the order is taken. All prices are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where payable but exclude delivery charges.
Whilst Dominoes try to ensure all prices on the website are correct, errors may occur. In the event of a price error on any goods you have ordered, we will contact you with the option of purchasing the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you the order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for special offers and promotions are only valid for the specified period. If goods are out of stock we will contact you with the option of cancelling the order or wait for the goods to come back into stock.
Delivery is normally within 2-3 days, however due to differing levels of demand some items may take up to 28 days in which case we will advise you. There is a delivery charge of £4.99 for any number of items up to 25kg.
Orders will be delivered between Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday and depending if the goods are in stock, will not be despatched until the Monday. Goods must be signed for by persons 18 years and over.
Unfortunately due to high costs for deliveries and returns this website is only for delivery of products to customers on mainland UK. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses or Republic of Ireland.
Faulty Goods
If any of the goods are faulty simply return the item(s) to us with the original proof of purchase stating the fault and we will happily replace or refund your money in full including the cost of returning the item(s). We will replace/ refund faulty item(s) up to a maximum of 3 months from date of purchase.
Unwanted Goods
Any unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days with the original proof of purchase. We will accept their return as long as the goods are unopened and unused in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods will be credited within 30 days of their return. Unwanted goods are to be returned at the purchaser's expense.
Products should only be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and we cannot be held liable for damaged goods through misuse.
We recommend that any items to be returned should be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. Please note we are only able to refund postage when goods are faulty.

Competitions are open to UK residents. Multiple entries are not permitted. All correct entries will go into the draw. All entries must be returned to Dominoes Toys, 66 High Street, Leicester, LE1 5YP, by the closing date. The prize is stated and non transferable, there is no cash alternative. The winner will be notified by e-mail or by post, the judges' decision is final. Competitions are not open to employees, representatives and their families of Dominoes or anyone connected with the competition.
Any personal details you provide are strictly confidential. We will only email you with news or special offers if we have your consent. Your details will not be sold or passed on to any other commercial organisation to be used in any form of marketing or mailing list activity.
Dominoes reserve the right to refuse any order, at our sole discretion. However, if we do refuse the order we will tell you our reasons.
