Below are some frequently asked questions about Dominoes Toys:
Any personal details you provide are strictly confidential. We will only email you with news or special offers if we have your consent. Your details will not be sold or passed on to any other commercial organisation to be used in any form of marketing or mailing list activity.
Unfortunately due to high costs for deliveries and returns this website is only for delivery of products to customers on mainland UK. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, Republic of Ireland or any Country outside mainland UK.
Delivery is normally within 2-3 days, however due to differing levels of demand some items may take up to 28 days in which case we will advise you.
Orders will be delivered between Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday and depending if the goods are in stock, will not be despatched until Monday.
There is a delivery charge of £4.99 for any number of items up to 25kg.
On some occasions size restrictions may apply in which case we will e-mail you if there is a problem.
If any of the goods are faulty simply return the item(s) to us with the original proof of purchase stating the fault and we will happily replace or refund your money in full including the cost of returning the item(s). We will replace/ refund faulty item(s) up to a maximum of 3 months from date of purchase.
Any unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days with the original proof of purchase. We will accept their return as long as the goods are unopened and unused in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Goods will be credited within 30 days of their return. Unwanted goods are to be returned at the purchaser's expense.

We recommend that any items to be returned should be sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. Please note we are only able to refund postage when goods are faulty.
Although we have a large selection of toys, models, arts & crafts in store we are unable to have everything displayed on the website. If you're looking for something in particular please use our enquiry form in our contact section and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Payment is taken from your card at the time the order is placed online. All prices are in UK pounds sterling. Transactions will appear on your statement as Dominoes of Leicester Ltd.
